Both sides have attack.  Here White might want to consider 21.Bxh5!?, but after 21…Qc4!  22.Nb3  R(either)c8  Black is still wiggling, though correct defence by White should carry the day.  INSTEAD, Sax was a player who loved to live on the edge and defending was the last thing he wanted to do when he could attack!
